Terms of Service

Considering that the same performs the sale of products through the Internet; Considering the Customer’s interest in purchasing the products offered by the Store in its sales channels; This contract is intended to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of products from the site customer Store .

I – Confidentiality: it is the responsibility of the Store to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the customer in the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against the action of hackers, through the seal “Shielded Site”.

II – Customer Service (SAC): The customer has at his disposal this service to answer his questions, resolve any request or complaint regarding his order or any content available on the site. The Customer Service can be activated by e-mail from the site.

III. Delivery Policy: the delivery time of the Products is informed during the purchase procedure, counted in working days. The Products are delivered from Monday to Friday. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

III.I – The verification of the adequacy of the dimensions of the Products is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure its conformity or not at the time of delivery and contact Customer Service.

III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the informed location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age and with an identity document to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. In case of three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Store’s Distribution Center.

III.III – Once the order has been placed, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance payment or even priority delivery.

III.IV – Shipping is free of charge for the entire national territory.

III.V – The Store does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; perform installation or maintenance of the products; open the product packaging; deliver to a different address; deliver to minors or without identification documents.

III.VII – The Store is not responsible for the retention of the goods when it is due exclusively to pending issues of the customer, and therefore, it is necessary to attend the tax office for the goods to be released, since in these cases the information regarding the releases and payments are only transmitted to the interested parties.

IV – Right of withdrawal: the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase to return the Product, in which case the following conditions shall be observed: the deadline to withdraw from the purchase of the product is up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt;

in case of return, the product must be returned to the distribution center of the Store in its original packaging.

IV.I – The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (SAC).

IV.II – After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, the Store will verify if the above conditions are met. If so, it will proceed to the full refund of the purchase price.

IV.III – For credit card purchases, the credit card company will be notified and the refund will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, all at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase.
