Our product exchange policy aims to provide customers with total security in relation to the products purchased in our store.
All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
We also exchange products that arrive different from those ordered by the customer.
If you receive a product from us that has a manufacturing defect or is different from the one you ordered, follow these steps to make the exchange:
1- Inform our team of the problem by email ([email protected]), sending clear photos of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns after this period.
2- Your claim will be analyzed within 7 working days. We will contact you by e-mail and if the product is found to be defective, you will be able to choose one of the following alternatives:
- Receive a refund of the amount paid minus the shipping costs (5,00).
- Receive a new product equal to the one you ordered.
- Receive a product of similar value.
- Receive a voucher for the value of the product to use on future purchases.
We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products so that there is no error when choosing the size.
