General Information
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial returns will be granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or non-received refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and we ship it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves for delivery to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will know about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must mail it to {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
