The products presented in our store are shipped by our international suppliers directly to the address informed in the checkout of our store at the time of completing the order.
Our average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days after the product is shipped.
Your order will be shipped shortly after Payment Confirmation and after Logistic Processing of the payment.
Payment Confirmation:
After purchase, Payment Confirmation may take 1-3 business days to complete, depending on payment gateway rules and credit card banners.
Logistic Processing:
You will receive in your email and contact informed at the time of purchase your tracking code. The deadline for sending the code will be up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.
It is important to always check the products at the time of delivery and refuse receipt if the packaging is not in proper condition or if there are signs of damage. In these cases, please notify our Customer Service immediately.
Failure to collect
The Store undertakes to make up to three consecutive collection attempts, within 48 hours of the last attempt. If the letter carrier does not answer or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our Center and will be resent. The cost of reshipment will be borne by the customer.
